Herbaceous aroma, thyme, flower meadow, plus green apple, some pear and cassis. On the palate it shows with lively acidity, again apple, cassis and herbs, a hint of sage, apple peel, subtle nutmeg, fine sweetness, gluggable and balanced, medium structure, finishes fresh.
