Tasting Notes
Green leaves, clover blossom, hops, medlar and orange blossom on contact with the air. Slightly roasted, but not striking wood. Soft and creamy in the mouth, silky texture, powerful and almost massive, also with fine phenolics as a balance, ripe, yet carrying (and long-lasting) acidity. A Burgundian stature without too much use of wood, a beautiful accompaniment to food.
More about the tastingRoasted aromas, apricot, Mirabelle plum and roasted almonds on the nose. Soft on the palate with sweet extract, lots of volume, power, savouriness and texture, ripe acidity and slight saltiness, inspired by Burgundy, still youthful, will continue to grow.
