Light straw yellow. A bouquet of good intensity, with hints of lemon peel, green apple, fresh herbs (thyme), black pepper. Powerful attack on the palate, juicy acidity, discreet CO2, a touch of residual sweetness, mineral, rich, aromatic spicy-floral notes, orange peel, with a crisp finish. Very youthful, with ageing potential.
