Complex bouquet with cool forest berry aromas, notes of ripe plum and sour cherry confit. Also hints of clove, hibiscus blossoms and smoky, savoury nuances. Elegant on the palate, with beautiful cherry fruit and dark savoury notes. Silky tannins, long finish.
