Tasting from 01.01.2023: Dominik Vombach, Benjamin Herzog

Concentrated but extremely elegant aromas on the nose. Notes of dried plum, sour cherry and Rumtopf. There are also smoky, savoury notes with dark herbs and spices. Elegant on the palate, with ripe wild berry fruit and some orange zest. Beautiful juicy acidity. Fine-grained, perfectly integrated tannins and a long finish.
