An elegant, flinty and savoury bouquet with subtle yet concentrated fruit. Notes of citrus and yellow stone fruit as well as tropical hints. Fresh and juicy on the palate, with straightforward acidity and a yeasty, peppery savouriness. An incredibly long, salty-mineral finish with a touch of citrus. Very nice!
