Elegant and shimmering, with a savoury bouquet, subtle yet concentrated fruit. Notes of citrus fruit and yellow stone fruit as well as a hint of tropical fruit. Fresh and juicy on the palate, with a straightforward acidity, yeasty and peppery. Incredibly long with a salty-mineral finish, ending on citrus notes. Wonderful!
