Tasting from 14.07.2021: Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Warm, pithy berry fruit on the nose, sour cherry and blackberry stand out. Complemented by hints of cocoa, nut cake, cedar wood and herbal notes, it is extremely complex and lively. Concentrated on the palate, with aromas of sour cherry and wild berries. Ripe acidity and polished tannins. A powerful pinot that lingers on the palate and can age for a long time.
