Tasting Notes
Straw yellow in colour. The spicy, elegant bouquet has a complex fullness, with nut and citrus flavours in particular. It's similarly complex on the palate with a fine-grained fullness and an intensely mineral edge leaving a powerful and dense profile that tightens up well in the persistent finish. Leaves a pleasantly savoury, very animating lime note. Could grow into a great Riesling in a few years.
