Quite a relaxed nose, despite spontaneous fermentation notes, savoury, roasted sesame, fresh caraway, peach, light apple, apricot. Also smooth on the palate, ripe, broad acidity, noticeable, ripe phenolics notes, some white pepper, minerality.
