Tasting Notes
Barrel sample. Floral and surprisingly open on the nose with clear tuffeau notes. On the palate what you would expect from a young Pechstein: tense, very still, high density, salty-mineral underpinnings, direct, gripping and powerful. Firm and almost hard as a rock, but not barren or scratchy.
