The white wine Forster Riesling trocken, vintage 2014 from the winery Weingut Dr. Bürklin-Wolf has been rated in 2016 by Ulrich Sautter with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Pfalz (Palatinate) in Germany.
Still extremely closed, yeast with a clear hint of spice, almost biting on the palate, very dense, extracted to the point, persistent. Only sold locally via the vinotheque. Was a spontaneous fermentation in an old wooden barrel, residual sugar close to zero grams per liter.
