Tasting Notes
Raspberry blossom honey, red cherries, slate, herbal candies, dandelion. On the palate, very delicate, very discreet tannins, with an almost resinous quality, a ripe acidity, mineral, long-lasting aromas with savoury and aromatic herbal and balsamic notes and berry motifs. Immensely fine Pinot that intensely reflects its terroir.
More about the tastingPowerful aroma, cherry stone, sour cherry, rosehip, dark chocolate. Some smoke. Almost stony. Depth and density on the palate. Tightly woven around the acidity. The tannin is gripping. Powerful here too, yet cool, nothing jammy.
