Pale hue in the glass, but vivid aromas on the nose. The Höllenberg starts with wild strawberry and ethereal notes, elderberry purée and a minimal touch of oak. On the palate, ample ripe fruit, as well as an enormous pinch of peppery spice. Great ripeness, and extremely concentrated acidity and tannins.
