Pale white-yellow, slightly greenish shimmer. Sweet, very full-bodied and concentrated fruit with apple and vegetal notes. Appears less mineral and fine than the 2004, but instead offers a full-bodied, even opulent, juicy-sweet fruit. The finish is also less playful and light-footed than full-bodied, fruity-sweet and unashamedly sensual. Nevertheless, the delicate acidity structure is also fascinating here, which will give this wine, which is already tasting good, a very long breath.
