Tasting Notes
Very complex. Straw, mint, candied tangerine, caraway, saffron, iodine, pink pepper, lavender, Earl Grey, each time presenting a new combination of aromas. Mild attack, the structure is more by texture than acidity, dense and viscous, but at the same time light-hearted. Ethereal aromas on the finish, finally breaking the viscosity with a fine thread of acidity.
