Tasting Notes
Light greenish yellow. Delicate aged caramel on the nose, pleasant mango fruit, delicate nuances of hay flowers on the nose. On the palate, it has a fairly pronounced residual sugar, which is offset by a fine play of acidity. The finish is also relatively sweet, with delicate cherry fruit and good persistence. The wine has a hint of malolactic fermentation, making it less racy and somewhat simple.
