Tasting Notes
Pale greenish yellow. Mineral nose, delicate vegetal notes, a mixture of honey, peach, pineapple and spice leaves. Full-bodied, juicy, even thick on the palate, but this is the baby fat of a future titan, wonderful stone fruit notes, should be allowed to rest now, because every year in the bottle means even greater drinking pleasure.
