Tasting Notes
Medium yellow-green. Extremely complex on the nose, delicately spicy, intense notes of stone fruit and herbs. Almost perfect on the palate, highly elegant texture, juicy, fully ripe yellow peach fruit, very balanced, shows a finesse-rich acidity. A wine full of freshness and delicacy, a light-footed drinking pleasure, very good further ageing potential.
