The white wine »Scharzhof« Riesling Qualitätswein, vintage 2011 from the winery Weingut Egon Müller-Scharzhof has been rated in 2017 with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Moselle in Germany.
Egon Müller's Gutsriesling comes from his own vineyards in Wawern, Saarburg, Oberemmel and Wiltingen. Matured: orange, red apple, a hint of botrytis, also floral, lily of the valley. Powerful palate with accentuated sweetness, a hint of viscosity, firm acidity, good freshness and striking tactile minerality. A versatile food companion.
