Tasting Notes
A ripe nose, with wood influence and slight ester aromas, plus cinnamon, French bun, raisins, wax, a hint of Marsala, and (over?-)ripe grapes. The palate is characterized by two poles: creaminess and concentrated acidity. In addition to charm and mellowness, the wine also has good juiciness and intense fruit. An original wine, reminiscent of Amarone.
