The white wine Saarburg Rausch Riesling Spätlese, vintage 2017 from the winery Weingut Forstmeister Geltz-Zilliken has been rated in 2018 with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Moselle in Germany.
Still very closed on the nose, silky soft on the palate, mysteriously plump and delicate at the same time, supple and firm, sweet and dry. Currently in its early stages - best not to open before 2022! This will be extremely complex and mineral.
