Tasting Notes
Dark ruby colour, deep core, purple reflections, delicate edge brightening. Blackberry nuances, some herbal savouriness, hints of wood, fine cocoa notes, cassis and red cherry. Juicy, taut, well-integrated acidity, sweet heart cherry, well-integrated tannin, dark forest berry confit, remains very good, delicately nutty, sure maturity and certain ageing potential.
