Deep dark ruby colour, opaque core, purple reflections, delicate edge brightening. Fine notes of cassis, a hint of dark chocolate, some cardamom, fine precious wood savouriness. Tightly woven, good complexity, well-integrated, velvety tannins, delicate tobacco savouriness, black cherry fruit, a multi-layered food companion with certain ageing potential.
