The white wine »S« Homburg Kallmuth Silvaner trocken, vintage 2022 from the winery Weingut Fürst Löwenstein has been rated in 2023 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Silvaner from the region Franconia in Germany.
Older vines and a longer yeast ageing form the S range here. Yellow fruit on the palate with a slight brioche tone. Then a very nice texture on the palate without becoming excessively creamy. The gentle phenolics increases the tension with a medium finish that does not dry out.
