Tasting from 11.11.2023: Ulrich Sautter

Lemon yellow with greenish reflections. The aroma has fruity and ripe savoury elements: tangerine, sesame oil, tonka bean. Juicy lime. The palate opens with appealing texture, almost oily, and then unfolds a very neat, fine phenolics. Body and acidity, savouriness and substance are completely fused. Lingers long.
