The white wine Riesling Wehlener Sonnenuhr Auslese Goldkapsel, vintage 1995 from the winery Weingut Joh. Jos. Prüm has been rated in 2014 with 96 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Moselle in Germany.
Light green-yellow in colour. Fine smoky nuances on the nose, then notes of peach, but also pineapple, plus a fine floral nuance. Juicy and elegant on the palate, very well integrated residual sugar, fine citrus notes on the finish, still a little baby fat, has many years ahead of it, but is unfortunately already dangerously seductive.
