Deep yellow green in colour with gold reflexes. On the nose a fascinating interplay of ripe stone fruit notes, blossom honey, some apricot confit and lanolin. Immensely complex, it opens up even more with every minute in the glass. On the palate, the wine has a wonderful savouriness, with an incredibly complex structure, carried by perfect acidity, fine, almost red berry botrytis notes, stone fruit confit, notes of porcini mushrooms and chestnuts, wonderfully long, with the finest notes of honey on the finish. A wine for the future because this wine has plenty of it.
