Tasting Notes
Medium amber, light orange reflections. Seductive bouquet of oranges, some sea buckthorn, a hint of rosehips, underpinned by ripe quinces, with air some dried fruit and fine herbal savouriness. A racy structure on the palate, fresh and lively, alongside the stone fruit notes, fine dried mushroom nuances from the already botrytized grapes, salty, delicate and slightly lemony in the finish. An elfishly light-footed sweet wine, mineral and persistent; a delightful Riesling experience.
