The sweet and dessert wine Riesling Wehlener Sonnenuhr Eiswein, vintage 1998 from the winery Weingut Joh. Jos. Prüm has been rated in 2014 with 96 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Moselle in Germany.
Strong golden yellow colour. Intense aromas of dried fruit, roasted plums, figs, some mocha and nougat on the nose. Full-bodied on the palate, dense texture, juicy stone fruit flavours, but also sultanas and nougat, racy structure, fine dried fruit flavours in the finish, very long-lasting, already at a drinking peak.
