Tasting Notes
Balsamic notes, closed overall, but hinting at complex aromatic spice. In the mouth there is a lot of texture and volume, very poised and rounded, sweet palate fruit, good length, delicately mineral coloured, already quite accessible.
More about the tastingSubtle new wood. Hints of herbal savouriness. Fennel herb. Silky-smooth on the palate, very homogeneously vivid, accompanied by the finest acidity, beginning aromatic development on the finish, behind it a plump extract sweetness, a very seamlessly round Pinot Blanc with charm and polish.
