Tasting Notes
On the nose, aromas of café au lait, gingerbread, and fig, with an almost truffle-like savoury note. The aromas are already more developed than the palate structure, which is firmly tannic, on a creamy, smooth base, with well-integrated acidity, a robust body, as well as quite tactile, mineral notes.
