The red wine Pinot Noir unfiltriert, vintage 2016 from the winery Weingut Nik Weis – St. Urbans-Hof has been rated in 2019 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Pinot Noir from the region Moselle in Germany.
On the nose, aromas of café au lait, gingerbread, and fig, with an almost truffle-like savoury note. The aromas are already more developed than the palate structure, which is firmly tannic, on a creamy, smooth base, with well-integrated acidity, a robust body, as well as quite tactile, mineral notes.
