Tasting Notes
Quite a strong aroma with ripe stone fruit, apricot, peach, blossom honey, some mint and also iodine, stony and savoury. Smooth and full-bodied on the palate, showing the warm year with texture and reminiscent core, the ripe acidity carries, full-bodied, long.
More about the tastingPeppery, minerally, and spicy, but also floral, and citric. The palate is currently completely closed, without any striking sweetness and with ripe, but firm acidity. Strongly tactile and mineral. A Spätlese of great stylistic confidence, almost abstract and yet graceful.
