Tasting from 19.03.2021: Peter Moser

Pale yellow-green, silver shimmers. Elegant savoury nuances on the nose, followed by hints of herbs, yeast and apple peel. A multifaceted bouquet. Mineral nuances are well interwoven, with a lovely interplay of sweetness and acidity, followed by fine savoury slate tones. A Kabinett with style and calibre, already very accessible.
