Ripe yellow fruit is accompanied by intense balsamic, slate-spicy notes on the nose. The palate is of almost monumental quality for a local wine: dense, pithy, with a penetrating tactile minerality, polished, full of potential, multi-layered and incredibly fresh. The sweetness is only delicately underlined.
