More about the tastingPale salmon pink. Yeast, almond, herbs and sweet cherry on the nose. On the palate the wine has a restrained mousse that goes well with the rather powerful body, firm acidity and a comparatively rich sweetness. The aromatic expression (and clarity) is beautiful, with the finish is characterised by "leafy", herbal aromas.
