Tasting Notes
This has intense berry aromas on the nose, with grown-up Burgundy fruit. It is wonderfully fresh and juicy on the palate, definitely with a sustained tonality that characterizes Pinot Gris as a variety, but also with a lively acidity and mineral tension. It is an excellent aperitif.
