Deeply savoury aromas of vanilla, cinnamon stick and cedar wood, with an ethereal edge of pine needles, dried sage and thyme. Mineral mellowness with savoury phenolics on the palate. Dense texture with a stable acid backbone. Ripe pome and citrus fruit on the finish.
