Fresh stewed quince, camomile blossom and dried apples on the nose, complemented by delicate hints of cedar wood, some vanilla and tangerine peel. Full-bodied, creamy mouthfeel with refreshingly well-integrated acidity. The medium-long finish is rounded off with a finely tart tannin structure and melting lemon cream.
