The red wine SailerS, vintage 2013 from the winery Weingut Pöckl has been rated in 2016 by Peter Moser with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot from the region Lake Neusiedl in Austria.
Deep dark ruby garnet, opaque core, violet reflections, delicate edge brightening. Black fruit, notes of juniper berries, some cassis, dark chocolate, clear woody spice. Powerful, juicy dark forest berry confit, present tannin that still needs time, bitter chocolate on the finish.
