Peppery and herbal-savoury aroma, apple, mint, low sulphur. In the mouth, the wine has a carefree lightness, as innocent as holy water in its delicately flowing, yet also integrating a mild layer of phenolics. Ripe acidity. Also chalky and savoury in the mouth. But also really light! Only for connoisseurs and really advanced Schopp drinkers!
