Lemon yellow in colour. Fine yeasty components characterise the nose, with brioche and vanilla to the fore along with subtle citrus aromas and hints of of lemon balm, marjoram and bergamot. The mouth reveals the fine acidity of the vintage, balancing a civilised mousse and a sturdy, compact finish.
