Disgorged 03/24. Lemon balm and herbs on the nose, with balsamic and iodine undertones. Lots of fun on the palate - the acidity plays, the mousse tingles delicately in a persistent way, and the aromatics combine fresh and ripe flavours to create a multi-layered spiciness. Great!
