Disgorged 03/24. Balm and herbs on the nose, balsamic and iodine undertones. It is also a fine foil on the palate. Lively acidity, the fine mousse tingles delicately and persistently, the aromatics combine fresh and ripe flavours into a multi-layered spiciness. Great!
