It is a wine made from the grape variety Spätburgunder from the region Franconia in Germany.
Disgorged 6/2023. Pastel colours, light copper reflections. The nose is complex: some yeast and a hint of tertiary aromas form the background for fruity aromas ranging from apple skin to redcurrant and cranberry. On the palate, the wine disguises itself with a juicy lightness and comparatively mild mousse, but the aromatic presence and the full-bodied length of the finish show that extract has been cleverly transformed into elegance.
