Disgorged 03/2023. The nose at first shows a ripe character, with apple peel tea, yeasty notes and a slight touch of iodine notes in the background. On the palate there's a tight texture, with a lively acid backbone that harmonises with the fine mousse. Already drinkably approachable, with a finish that shows salty notes and has excellent length.
