A Burgundy-like aroma: wood and yeast, limestone-mineral undertones. The palate radiates breadth and depth, the volume is filled with very cultivated, fine phenolics, a firm but ripe acidity carries the structure, suppleness gives fullness. Rich and nuanced at the same time, and with the balsamic tint of the shell limestone.
