Finely cloudy, gold with amber reflections. Aroma of black tea (Darjeeling), brown apple and almonds, plus floral yeasty notes with hints of sherry. Bone-dry on the palate, with a silky, yeasty creaminess, moderately fresh acidity and a subtle mellowness. Notes of ginger and candied ginger, with tea and hay in the finish. With a note reminiscent of must, overall slender in expression.
