Yeast on the nose and slight reduction, earth berryish, redcurrant and plum, also a slightly ethereal note. Juicy and soft on the palate, fruity extract, then lots of spice, pepper and also depth and substance. Distinctive tannin, slightly astringent, certain ageing potential.
