Tasting Notes
Without added sulphur. Golden yellow, yeasty at the beginning, then balsamic, candied orange peel, silky palate with a fine acid structure, delicate flow, yet stable and fresh, nutty notes in the transition to the finish, finely chiseled tannins, good length with mineral play.
